Common questions

My sign-in code didn’t arrive. Check junk mail, wait a minute and request a new code. Codes expire quickly.

“Finish not saved”. Your finish time is kept on your phone. Reconnect and tap retry; the original finish time is used.

I left the timer running. Open the session in Progress and correct it. Corrections can only shorten a session and stay marked.

A squad link doesn’t work. Links expire after 14 days. Ask the squad owner to share a fresh one.

Someone’s nickname is inappropriate. Use the options button beside the nickname to report or block them.

Delete my account. Go to You → Delete account in the app. See Privacy for what is removed.
